Former NFL Player John Booty will be speaking about suicide prevention and Officer Monica Hardman from Rockwall Police Department will be speaking about the effects of Social Media. Brooke Castillo, LPC and Karla Hutcherson, LPC from Children’s will also be covering the following topics:

  • Identify Symptoms of Depression and Suicide
  • Myths and Risk Factors
  • Listening Skills and Support
  • Leading Teens to Supportive Adults that can Provide Help and Assistance

​​On September 16, 2015, Alliance Auto Auction held several fundraising events for the benefit of Hanna4Hope Foundation.  We are so proud and honored to accept a check of $12,430.00.  We are very appreciative of what Alliance Auto Auction was able to accomplish and very blessed to be associated with them.  The money raised will go toward bringing awareness and education on teenage suicide.

  • ​Students will develop an awareness of their own leadership skills such as problem solving, communication, analyzing situations and reacting proactively in stressful situations.
  • The age and content appropriate activities will allow students to process information in teams by licensed professionals in the mental health field.
  • ​Activities are designed so students learn and practice together how to respond when another teen is in emotional distress.​​
